A calm, serene floating yoga practice nestled in the backdrop of the Laguna Beach Cliffside. This SUP yoga is for all levels. Perfect for beginners and SUP or yoga aficionados. One savasana while swaying above the kelp forests and you'll be hooked! You will launch from the heart of Laguna Beach and have an ocean top hour SUP yoga session among the sea lions and crashing waves. Also included is a brief 101 of ocean paddling to ensure everyones safety and fun. Swimming is a prerequisite for all of our ocean experiences.
